Step 1: Ask for a Quote. |

When you find a promotional item you are interested in, simply fill the quote form on the product details page. Provide your contact information and before you click the send button make sure that your contact information is complete so we can get in touch with you in a timely manner. Step 2: Place an Order. |

Step 3: Submit Payment |

Usually, the setup fee and 50% pre-payment is required. You are asked to fill out a credit card authorization form and fax or email it to us. The remaining 50% balance will be charged when the final products are ready to be shipped out. Our fax # to send credit card information is 1-310-602-6228.

Step 4: Sample Approval |

We will make a sample for you and send you a sample photo for your review and approval. No part of your order goes into production without your final, signed approval. If a physical sample is required, there will be a sample fee for shipping and handling.

Step 5: Shipping |
| |
Your order will be shipped out once production has been completed. The completed products will be shipped to the address you provided. You will get the tracking # via email or fax. Shipping time varies depending on the shipping method and destination and vary from 1 to 7 working days.
